Fildena Super Active should be taken orally with water, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, although a heavy meal may delay its onset of action. Fildena Super Active should not be taken with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as this combination can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure.
